Today’s date is 26th April 2022, and applicants of the ongoing SRD R350 grant wants to know when their applications will be considered so that they will know if they will be approved, declined or whatever.

And even if they are declined for what reasons are they denied. These and other questions are lingering in the minds of the masses.
Previously what we have observed was that by the close of the second week of the month, approvals have started coming in with pay dates.
Since the April 2022 module was delayed due to the fact that applicants had to confirm their existing applications and SRD R350 is now under a new legislative framework, things have virtually changed.
Now the additional requirements is even haunting some applicants, they wonder why SASSA will now request for their partner’s ID numbers if they are legally married or their parents ID numbers.
At first SASSA (https://www.sassa.gov.za) required the applicant should not be earning more than R595 a month, but this time it is reduced to R350, sounds crazy, right 😥😥😥😥😥
We are hoping that by the close of the first week of May 2022, Approvals will start coming in. In case it may delay, then it can be pushed to the second week of the month of May 2022.
